FAQ’s VerifyIT 365

How does VerifyIT work?

VerifyIT 365 seamlessly connects Business Central with SurePay, one of the leading real-time bank account verification services across Europe and beyond. This integration can manually or automatically verify whether a vendor’s or customer’s bank account (IBAN), VAT number (NL only), Chamber of Commerce registration number, or company ID number actually belongs to the correct company or individual, helping to prevent payment errors and fraud.

First, fill in the registration form:

https://www.idyn.nl/verify-form/

The form will be sent to idyn and SurePay. SurePay will verify your company registration and inform idyn whether you are eligible to use their API. If approved, you will receive two licenses from idyn, which can then be entered in the VerifyIT Setup page.

Please note that invoices are issued per Tenant ID. If your company uses multiple Tenant IDs, each tenant must be registered separately.

The registration form requires your Tenant ID. If you do not know where to find it, you can look it up by domain on the following website:

When VerifyIT is installed in a sandbox environment, the connection is automatically configured to use the SurePay Sandbox environment. Checks performed in a sandbox are not invoiced.

Once VerifyIT is installed in a production environment and the correct licenses have been configured, the application will track the number of checks performed. These checks will be invoiced monthly to the company registered through the registration form.
