What is ApproveIT 365?

ApproveIT 365 is a Business Central app by idyn that enables you to send, sign and store documents digitally — directly from within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Using an integration with DocuSign or Signhost, your business partners can review and e-sign documents such as sales quotes, purchase orders and contracts online, without any manual PDF handling or separate email attachments.

Once signed, documents are automatically stored back in Business Central or Azure Storage, and the entire signing process is tracked in real time from within BC. ApproveIT 365 saves up to 80% of the time typically spent on

ApproveIT 365 supports all common Business Central document types, including sales quotes, sales orders, purchase orders and service documents. In addition, project documents and documents from vertical or industry-specific solutions developed by partners can be included in an ApproveIT 365 flow.

Beyond standard BC documents, external documents — such as a PDF containing general terms and conditions or purchase terms — can also be added to a signing flow and sent for signature. Finally, ApproveIT 365 offers the ability to include non-BC documents related to a customer or supplier in BC in an ApproveIT 365 flow and have them signed digitally.

 

Yes. ApproveIT 365 supports PDF documents that are created outside of Business Central. These can be added to an ApproveIT 365 signing flow and sent for signature alongside your BC documents. Typical examples include general terms and conditions, purchase terms, NDAs or any other document that needs to be signed in relation to a transaction or business relationship managed in Business Central.

 

Yes. ApproveIT 365 supports the signing of non-BC documents that are related to a customer or supplier in Business Central. This means you can initiate a signing flow directly from a customer or supplier record in BC, without the need for an underlying BC transaction document. Typical examples includes, Data Processing Agreement (GDPR), Project agreement or Order Confirmation, Quality or compliance statements, NDA’s with a new suppliers, Code of conduct or compliance policies.

 

 

Yes, with ApproveIT 365, signed quotes are stored directly in the corresponding sales orders within Business Central. This ensures easy access and seamless integration with your existing workflow.
