ShipIT 365 – New Release 27.0.8.0 Available on AppSource

The latest version of ShipIT 365 (27.0.8.0) is available on Microsoft AppSource as of February 17, 2026. This release includes functional improvements, API communication optimizations, and important issue resolutions.

API Change – nShift Transsmart
When performing an API call to /v2/rates/{account_number}?action=calculate, the fields deliveryDate and deliveryTime could return the value ‘Not Available’, which is not a valid date/time format. This has been adjusted. When the date/time cannot be calculated, these fields are no longer returned (null). When deliveryDate and deliveryTime are not sent, the Carrier Selection page will display ‘Not Available’ in the Transit Time Description. This change previously caused an error because the fields were no longer forwarded in the API communication. This issue has been resolved in this release.

• Error message: ‘Message cannot be empty when sending a Notification.’ (Workaround was setting Suppress Transport Order
Created Notification to TRUE in ShipIT Setup)
• Default Services were not copied to Transport Order (nShift Ship)
• Package Type Code not correctly copied in Transport Order when using Add Additional Packages (Cargoson)
• Error when posting Warehouse Shipment on quantity after Transport Order creation when using Service Order as source document.
