The Dutch version of Direct Banking is optimized for the NL localization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It is fully compatible with the Telebankieren module.
Off course you can already manage your banking within BC, but you are manually importing and exporting files between your online bank account and your Business Central environment. Direct Banking is an extension for Business Central that automates your import of bank statements, so your current balance and transactions are visible in Business Central. Next, Direct Banking exports your payment orders directly from your Telebanking module in Business Central to the Ponto financial platform, where you can safely and easily execute your payments.
Direct Banking is developed in cooperation with Ponto (Isabel Group) and operates in compliance with the PSD2 legislation and regulations. You can use Direct Banking knowing this app meets the European requirements and ensures safety. The connections between Business Central and the banks are synchronized continuously. With the new open banking structure and PSD2 legislation in the EU, more and more banking services will be digitised in the future.
