E-Invoice

Just indicate on the customer card in NAV that the customer wants to receive invoices electronically. In the normal invoicing process, the invoices for customers with this indication will automatically be sent to Ingis. The Ingis platform covers all issues around safety and identification.

 

The recipient of the invoice will be notified that he has a new invoice. He can print this invoice free of charge, archive it and/or indicate his disagreement with the invoice through the E-Billing platform.

If necessary, you can add supplements to the electronic invoice. These will be made available through the Ingis platform. There are no restrictions to the number or size of the documents you want to attach. As a result, not only your invoices, but also all its supplements will be available online. The supplements can be documents which are created within Dynamics NAV or scanned documents.  Attaching these documents is done automatically.
