Productivity Suite

The Productivity Suite consists of 4 great products. Each product is designed to improve the experience for all NAV users, and increase productivity at the same time. You can get these 4 products standalone or combined.

PrintIT

PrintIT is a flexible solution that enables end users of Dynamics NAV to manage their own documents. The user defines whether a document is printed or sent by email. The user manages the standard texts on documents like order confirmations, delivery notes or invoices.

From a standard layout, the user can enter, translate and maintain the texts on these documents fully by himself. In this way PrintIT offers enormous flexibility and speed.

PrintIT is a multi-language product. Without needing a developer, you can translate an existing document to a new language. For example: When your first customer in France presents itself, you can create a French version of your invoice in minutes and service your new customer in his own language. You save cost and speed up the process enormously when your business requires this.

DocEasy

DocEasy is a very easy but effective application for companies that want to manage documents, attached to Dynamics NAV data. These documents can be stored from Dynamics NAV with one click and retrieved as easily afterwards.

For example: Store customer documents directly from the Customer card in NAV and retrieve them in the same way later. There is no easier way.

CheckIT

CheckIT allows the customer to ensure that important data is filled, before using the data in the process. Standard NAV checks this data late in the process, which results in errors when, for instance, you start a posting process.

With CheckIT checks can be setup on both masterdata, for example the customer or item card and on and process data such as apurchase order.

CheckIT makes sure that a vendor or an item cannot be used in orders, before it has a certain status and before all relevant fields are filled. Everything can be setup and is integrated with authorizations of NAV

ApproveIT


ApproveIT is built on document approval of Dynamics NAV. It allows for an internal approval of purchase and sales documents based on a flexible flow. The system checks the procurement levels and keeps track of them. Flow scan even be setup using dimensions as a startingpoint, which gives you maximum flexibility.

Everything can be set up: flows, percentages and amounts for deviations, the superuser, absence


ApproveIT takes holidays or illness replacements into account, and experts can be added to an approval flow.
